求援，我的电脑为什么看不起视频

我的电脑以视频前能看的，但是重装了系统后就不能看pps和在线电影等了，当我点开电影缓冲结束后就会出现屏蔽，是蓝色的背景上面是英文我把它抄了下来翻译如下：

看一下显卡或声卡驱动，在安全模式下，删除显卡和声卡，重启一下，再重装对应的驱动试试，注意，系统提示找到新硬件后，不要自动安装驱动

0x0000007f是显卡问题...换个驱动试试.如果还是不行,做OPENGL和D3D测试....看结果....
